Privacy Policy

AISKOOL is a product of Callgentic Inc., a Delaware corporation at 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901, USA (“AISKOOL”, “we”, “us”). We provide a platform for creating, joining and learning inside online AI communities. This policy covers the AISKOOL website, mobile apps and related services at aiskool.co.

Account data you give us — your name, email and password (stored only as a salted hash). Content you create — posts, comments, courses, lessons, messages and community settings. Usage & device data — logs, IP address, browser/device type and basic analytics needed to run, secure and improve the service. Payment metadata — subscription status and transaction records (card details are handled by Stripe, never stored by us).

To operate your account and communities, deliver courses and AI features, process payments, send service and opt-in broadcast messages, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data.

To power AI authoring, the AI host and the AI teacher, relevant content (such as a prompt, lesson text or a learner’s messages) is processed by these providers:

• AWS Bedrock (Amazon Nova models) for text, such as course drafts, answers and tutoring.
• Amazon Polly for spoken voiceovers.
• Google Gemini for image generation.

The AI teacher’s memory of each learner is stored on our own servers, kept separate for each community, and processed with AWS Bedrock. If a community owner adds their own API key (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, OpenRouter, or Flux through fal.ai), that community’s AI requests go to that provider under the owner’s account instead.

We use this content only to generate the requested output and to keep learning memory for that community. We do not use your private content to train foundation models.

Subscriptions and member payments are processed by Stripe. We never store full card numbers; Stripe handles card data under its own terms and PCI-DSS compliance. If you buy through AppSumo, we receive a licence key and plan tier from AppSumo, not your payment details.

We share data only with the processors that help us run the service: hosting and database (AWS), payments (Stripe), email delivery (Amazon SES), site analytics (Google Analytics), crash and diagnostics reporting in the mobile app (Sentry), the AI providers listed above, and messaging providers where you enable Telegram or WhatsApp. We also share data where required by law or to protect rights and safety. Each community’s data is logically isolated at the database level.

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account, your profile, memberships, posts, comments and messages are deleted. We may keep records we need for legal, tax, security or dispute-resolution purposes, and Stripe keeps payment records under its own policies.

We protect data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, row-level community isolation and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to safeguard your information and will notify you of incidents where required.

We are based in the United States and may process data there and in other countries where our processors operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

You can ask us to access, correct, export or delete your account data. Depending on where you live, you may have rights under the GDPR or CCPA, including access, deletion and the right to object. To exercise any right, email hi@aiskool.coand we’ll respond within the time the law requires.

You can also delete your account yourself in the AISKOOL mobile app, under Settings. You confirm with your password or a code we email you. An account that still owns a community can’t be deleted there, so community owners should email us. Deleting your account also cancels your paid memberships and any Agency plan, and any unused AI credit or wallet balance is lost.

AISKOOL is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children; contact us if you believe a child has provided us information.
