Refund & Cancellation Policy

Where offered, the Community plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You won’t be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.

The Community plan is $9/month per community. The Agency plan is $99/month or $990/year, billed to your account. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Renewal charges are not pro-rated.

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.

If you were charged in error or are unhappy with a recent charge, contact us within 14 days at hi@aiskool.coand we’ll review it in good faith. Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rated basis at our discretion. We may decline refunds for clear misuse or where prohibited by law.

This applies to the Community, Agency and Lifetime plans bought on aiskool.co. A full refund of a Lifetime purchase, or a dispute of the payment with your card issuer, ends the licence. The communities it covered lose their paid plan. Their content is kept, and you can subscribe them to the $9/month Community plan to keep the paid features.

If you bought AISKOOL on AppSumo, AppSumo handles your refund under its own policy, which allows refunds within 60 days of purchase. Request it through AppSumo, not from us.

When AppSumo tells us a licence was refunded, we deactivate it. The communities it covered lose their paid plan. Their content is kept, and you can subscribe them to the $9/month Community plan to keep the paid features.

Payments made by members to a community creator are set and fulfilled by that creator and processed via Stripe. Refunds for those payments are handled by the creator under their own policy; AISKOOL only facilitates the transaction and its 4% platform fee.
