Terms of Service

AISKOOL is operated by Callgentic Inc., a Delaware corporation at 8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901, USA. These terms form an agreement between you and Callgentic Inc. for use of the AISKOOL website, apps and services.

You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and provide accurate information. Keep your password secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account and for any community you run or join.

AISKOOL lets you create or join communities with courses, live chat, events, gamification, AI-authored content and an AI teacher. Features may change as we improve the product. AI output is generated automatically, may be inaccurate, and is not professional, legal, financial or medical advice — use your judgment.

Don’t use AISKOOL to break the law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, spam, scrape, or harass people, and don’t attempt to disrupt or reverse- engineer the service. We may suspend or remove communities or accounts that do.

You keep ownership of the content you create. You grant us the limited, worldwide licence needed to host, process and display it to your members and to operate and improve the service. You’re responsible for having the rights to the content you upload.

AISKOOL offers three plans for creators:

• Community: $9/month for each community. It may start with a 7-day free trial and includes $2 of AI use each month.
• Agency: $99/month or $990/year, billed to your account. It covers every community you own with white-label (your own domain and no AISKOOL branding), and includes $25 of AI use each month shared across your communities.
• Lifetime: a one-time payment that covers a set number of your communities, as described below.

Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime before renewal. Monthly AI allowances do not roll over. Beyond an allowance, AI use is paid from AI credits you buy, or you can connect your own API key.

Creators can charge their members through Stripe Connect. On each member payment, Stripe’s card processing fees are deducted first; AISKOOL then applies a 4% platform fee on the remainder, so creators receive 96% of the net amount. You are responsible for any taxes on your sales.

A Lifetime licence is a one-time payment, not a subscription. You can buy it on aiskool.co, or on AppSumo as Tier 1, 2 or 3.

A licence covers your oldest communities, up to its limit: 5 for the Lifetime plan bought on aiskool.co, or 1, 3 or 5 for AppSumo Tier 1, 2 or 3. Covered communities get the paid Community plan features with no monthly fee, for as long as AISKOOL operates the service.

Instead of $2 of AI use per community, a licence includes one monthly AI allowance shared across the communities it covers: $5 a month for the aiskool.co plan, or $1, $3 or $5 a month for AppSumo Tier 1, 2 or 3. The allowance does not roll over.

Lifetime does not include white-label or custom domains; those are part of Agency. Each community beyond the covered number needs its own $9/month Community plan.

If a licence is refunded or deactivated, for example after a card dispute or an AppSumo refund, it ends and the communities it covered lose their paid plan. Their content is kept. If we ever stop operating AISKOOL, we will give you reasonable notice.

The service relies on third parties such as Stripe, AWS, AI model providers, Telegram and WhatsApp. Your use of those features is also subject to their terms, and we’re not responsible for their acts or outages.

The AISKOOL platform, brand and software are owned by Callgentic Inc. These terms don’t grant you any rights to our trademarks or code beyond using the service as intended.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms or to protect the service or other users. Outstanding member payouts are settled per Stripe’s terms.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Callgentic Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify Callgentic Inc. against claims arising from your content, your community, or your misuse of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and disputes will be handled in the courts located there.
